Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area spans more than 40 miles and encompasses attractions both in New Jersey and across the Delaware River in Pennsylvania. The park features more than 100 miles of hiking trails (a portion of which are along the Appalachian Trail), waterfalls, swimming on riverside beaches, campgrounds, historic villages, fishing and canoeing.

Hikes w/Kids: Mount Tammany Trail - You'll huff and puff hiking up the steep, rocky trail to teh summit, but the reward is a spectacular view of teh Delaware Water Gap, Mount Minsi and surrounding farmland.
Hiking w/Kids: Van CAmpen Glen Trail- Short but challenging trail with phenomenal beauty along the way.
